画着众多小孩，祈求多子多孙的画。杨绯桢《六宫戏婴图》诗：“百子图开翠屏底，戏弄碰扭未生齿。”宋代辛弃疾《稼轩词·鹧鸪天·祝良显家牡丹一本百朵》：“恰如翠幙高堂上，来看红衫百子图。”
